Unopened and unused products in their complete original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Aroma Preference
Aroma is personal. Returns based on scent preference can only be accepted when the product remains sealed. If you are new to incense, we recommend beginning with the Daily Incense Discovery Set.
Damage or Incorrect Items
If incense sticks arrive broken, an item is damaged, or the parcel does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging and affected product.
